Cecilia Jungner

Cecilia has for many years worked as a leader in the recruitment industry. She has constantly combined business leadership with HR in her roles and has held senior positions such as Regional Director and Head of Business Concept Development. Cecilia has worked in small start-up companies that has been acquired into Nordic and then global group and is a rapidly changing context from an HR perspective. Cecilia has also worked at Fryshuset as Knowledge Area Manager within Work and Entrepreneurship.

With a genuine interest in internal culture and operationally concretized to achieve strategic goals, she focusses on employee engagement in combination with correct conditions, clarity, results and business value.
