Stefan Ölander

Born in 1964, Stefan is one of the largest investors in SolTech and has been a Member of the Board since 2011, including Chairman of the Board between 2013 and 2018. Stefan has a background as Communications Director within SEB and Kinnevik. Stefan is also the founder of Rewir, which was Sweden’s leading branding agency in the 2000s. Stefan sold Rewir in 2006 to the Intellecta Group, listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Stefan served as CEO of Rewir and Chairman of the Board of six of Intellecta’s consulting companies in Sweden and Denmark until 2010. Stefan also invested in Zacco in 2011. Zacco is a leading consultancy company in intellectual property law with operations in 6 countries and with sales of approx. SEK 900 million. Stefan is currently one of the three principle owners of Zacco and sits on the Board of Directors. Stefan has been President and Chairman of Zacco for various periods.

Patrik Hahne

Patrik has many years of experience in business development in companies within green technology and entrepreneurship. He has a long background in corporate management with several different CEO and board roles in Sweden, the Nordic countries and Asia, as well as several different Group management positions. Patrik worked for over nineteen years in the Addtech Group with both acquisitions, onboarding and collaborations between subsidiaries. Most recently, he comes from the cleantech company Enequi, which he co-founded. Enequi works with energy optimization and power balancing in properties with their own patents via energy storage.

Anna Svensson

Chief Innovation Officer

Anna has been active in the Soltech Group since 2015, where she together with colleagues, partners, and suppliers (within law, finance and technology) have among other things developed building integrated solar solutions (BIPV) from idea to product and realized seven production lines of BIPV solutions/ components, both in Sweden and China. Today Anna runs Soltech Innovation and is Swedish representative at IEA* PVPS Task 15 (BIPV)

Previously, Anna was product developer at IKEA, she has also driven her own business with clients like (KTH) Royal Institute of Technology, environmental studies in the Arctic environment at Spitsbergen such as together with a team developed a hydrogen prototype car which was presented to President Obama.

* IEA – International Energy Agency, an independent organization within OECD with the aim of reducing society´s dependence on oil. The IEA acts as a political advisor to its organizations, but today also works with countries outside the OECD’s frame, such as China, India, Russia, which are strategically important partners in energy issues.


Master of Science in Technical Design at Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), studied welding Engineering at KTH such as Law at Juridicum at Stockholms University.

Josefin Sollander

Head of communication 

Josefin has worked with communication throughout her professional life and her experiences are many in the field, including senior positions as marketing manager and global sponsorship and event manager at SEB and as sponsor and business development manager at the Skansen Foundation. Josefin has also run her own company for a few years.

The focus has always been to develop strategies for efficient communication, co-branding, 360 marketing focus, brand strategy, brand experience, sponsorship, event management. Alltogether these experiences will be valuable in the future development of the Soltech brand and to drive new business forward in a reality where fossil-free energy is crucial for a sustainable future.
