Bernt Ingman

Bernt Ingman – Board member since May 2024. Bernt is a very experienced CFO and has worked in that position at Husqvarna, Munters and Inter Scan Group. Bernt has completed around seventy acquisitions in Sweden and Europe and currently sits on four boards.

Independent in relation to the Company and management. Independent in relation to the Company’s larger shareholders.

Uppsala University: MSc, Business and Economics
CEDEP – Executive Development – Fontainbleau, management education
