Comment: Soltech Energy has no connection to Solitek’s ongoing capital raise

For information, a company called One Capital Nordic AB calls Soltech’s shareholders to sell an investment in a company called Solifokus.

The sellers refer to the fact that those who receive the call are shareholders in Soltech and therefore they receive a unique offer to invest in Solitek.

Soltech Energy’s management hereby wishes to emphasize that Soltech has no connection to either One Capital or Solitek.
