Örebro-based façade company Essa Glas is one of the Group’s companies active in façade contracting and solar energy for commercial properties. The company has now been commissioned to assist Kungslagern Holding with a façade contract in the form of an approximately 1,750 sqm glass façade with glulam frame in the Klock 10 block in central Stockholm. The project will continue during 2025 and the first part of 2026, and the total order value amounts to approximately SEK 20 million.
The façade company Essa Glas & Aluminium has been part of Soltech since 2022. – It feels great to be able to contribute to the renovation of this property in the heart of Stockholm. Our goal is to be an enabler that helps our customers shape the cityscape in Sweden’s major cities and project like this clearly shows our ambition. It is also particularly pleasing that we can install both glass and wooden sections in this project, says Ola Karlsson, CEO of Essa Glas.
