SolTech Energy\u2019s annual shareholder meeting was held at 6:00 PM, on May 29, 2018, at Nasdaq Stockholm\u2019s facilities on Tullvaktsv\u00e4gen 15, Stockholm.<\/strong><\/div>\n

Adoption of income statement and balance sheet<\/strong>
\nThe annual meeting adopted the income statement and balance sheet of the parent company, as well as the income statement and balance sheet of the concern for the financial year 2017.<\/p>\n

Result disposition<\/strong>
\nThe annual meeting determined that no dividend would be paid out for the financial year 2017, and further, that the accumulated result, 66,674,090 SEK, would be carried forward in accord with what appears on the (statutory) administration report.<\/p>\n

Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer<\/strong>
\n\u00c5The annual meeting granted the board of directors and chief executive officer discharge from liability for operational year 2017<\/p>\n

The annual meeting reelected the board members G\u00f6ran Starkebo, Ninna Engberg and Frederic Telander. Stefan \u00d6lander was reelected chairman of the board.<\/p>\n

Accountants<\/strong>
\nThe annual meeting decided to reappoint the authorized public accountant firm of PwC, with the authorized public accountant Bo \u00c5sell as auditor in charge.<\/p>\n

Board member and accountant remuneration<\/strong>
\nThe annual meeting decided that board of director remuneration would amount to 150,000 SEK to the chairman of the board and 100,000 SEK to each of the other board members who are not employed by the concern. Remuneration to the accountant will be paid out periodically in accord with approved invoices.<\/p>\n

Other proposals and decisions<\/strong>
\nThe annual meeting decided to approve the board\u2019s proposal in accord with the meeting notification concerning:
\n\u2022 New articles of incorporation that address diverse minor \u201dformality-oriented\u201d faults.
\n\u2022 Renewed authorization to decide about new share issues, and\/or convertibles, and\/or warrants.
\n\u2022 Introduction of a new options program intended for incentive programs.<\/p>\n
