On August 20, 2021, the report is available on the Company&#039;s website, www.soltechenergy.com<\/p>\n<p>The Supplementary Prospectus has been prepared in accordance with Article 23 of Regulation (EU) 2017\/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the \u201cProspectus Regulation\u201d) and has today, 20 August 2021, been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The supplementary prospectus must be read together with the Prospectus in all respects.
