Soltech companies Soltech Energy Solutions and Takbyr\u00e5n i Alings\u00e5s have now entered into an agreement with logistics property operator Logistic Contractor in Bor\u00e5s. The property will get a new roof and a roof-mounted solar energy solution. The order value for the project amounts to SEK 13.6 million and construction will start in autumn 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The solar energy company Soltech Energy Solutions helps large landowners, property owners and logistics operators with large-scale solar energy solutions and financing solutions for solar cells. Together with the sister company Takbyr\u00e5n, they will help Logistic Contractor in the development of a logistics property in Bor\u00e5s where Hemtex will then operate.<\/p>\n

It also feels great that our sister company then installs solar energy on the newly laid roof and by that offer a joint comprehensive solution, says Tobias Ud\u00e9n, CEO of Takbyr\u00e5n.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Focus on sustainable logistics properties<\/strong>
Since 2004, Logistic Contractor has worked with developing and building logistics and industrial buildings in the Nordic region. The company is part of the W\u00e4stbygg Group, which in 2017 decided that the entire operation should be fossil-free by 2030 in the areas of electricity, heating, transport and waste. This means that Logistic Contractor focuses on environmentally certified construction and green options, such as solar energy installations.<\/p>\n
