SolTech Energy Sweden AB (publ) begins trading of shares on the Alternativa market on 17 March 2010.
SolTech Energy develops and sells an air-based solar energy system based on multi-year research at the Royal institute of Technology in Stockholm (KTH). The System is part of a building’s outer shell in the form of a roof and / or a wall of glass and acts both as climate protection, active insulation and solar energy system. The system is suitable for all types of properties – from single family houses to multifamilybuildings, commercial properties and real estate.
In autumn of 2009, SolTech conducted a new issue of 9.5 million SEK. The issue was oversubscribed and the company currently has approximately 700 shareholders. SolTech is currently operating in Sweden and Spain. The first commercial product was launched in 2009 and with a strong financial position the company can now focus on sales and continued product development.
